2. All responsibility for the goods under CONTRACT/PROFORMA-INVOICE passes from the Seller to the Buyer from the moment of loading the goods from the warehouse of the Seller into the transport  vehicle for delivery of the goods to the Buyer, which is fixed by the signature of transport vehicle's driver in the CMR document for this shipment, it does not matter which part carried out the transportation order.

3. We can ship the goods only via usual transport companies which agree to stamp and to sing in our  CMR. Any courier company can't be acceptable, such us: TNT, DHL, UPS and so on.

4. Goods sent through our logistic  partner SIA AVVE will be fully insured. 

5.  Any claims in respect of the quantity and/or specification of the goods may be submitted not later than 30 days after the INVOICE date.

6. When you receive your cargo, please carefully check the pallets. If the pallets has any damages, please make the mark on CMR document. 
   
 7.Delivery time: The dilvery time will be discussed with client throught E-mail.
